Scott Owen Dalla Valle, was born May 18, 1964 a son of Beverly Jean (Saylor) Dalla Valle and Auggie Dalla Valle of Everett, both formerly of Schellsburg and Windber respectively..
He is a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1982, the Pennsylvania State University, Class of 1986, and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, Class of 1991.
On his 16th birthday, he began working at the newly opened Ramada Inn in Breezewood as a dishwasher, later working there as a bus boy, gas station attended, lifeguard and front desk clerk. While attending Penn State, he was employed as deliveryman for a restaurant and flower shop, and also worked as a desk clerk at the Holiday Inn, all in State College. After graduation, he worked as a legal assistant with his cousin Benita Rohm and her husband, Ray Monsanto at their Springfield New Jersey Law office.
Scott then began his career as a computer consultant, first working at Entre’ Computer Center in Bedford, and then as the network administrator for Westinghouse Distribution and Control Business Unit in Pittsburgh.
After working for a funeral service company in Pittsburgh where he lead the pre-arrangements for an owner of 5 funeral homes, Scott returned home to Everett, with the decision to focus on just one funeral home, his family owned business.
He is a member of the Everett United Methodist Church and the Everett Lodge #524 Free & Accepted Masons.
Through the Pennsylvania State Board of Funeral Directors, Scott is a licensed Funeral Director, a licensed Supervisor (The Funeral Director responsible for all activity within the company) and is also a license life insurance agent, thereby helping you to find the most economical and secure prepaid pre-arrangement option. |
